If something isn’t working out, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Returns for Online Purchases
We accept returns on most online orders within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief note about the item. Once your return is approved, items must be sent back to us within the return window.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
Returns for In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
If something breaks, doesn’t work as expected, or you have questions about how to use an item, please let us know. We care deeply about the quality and functionality of the products we sell and want you to feel good about what you’ve chosen.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if something isn’t functioning properly, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
