We all experience grief in unique and personal ways. Whether you’re navigating the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a chapter in life, grief often feels isolating. We invite you to a gentle, supportive evening of grief journaling. We’ll explore the power of writing to heal, reflect, and connect through intentional writing. This workshop is a safe space to express your feelings, find clarity, and create a deeper understanding of your grief journey.
Throughout the evening, we’ll guide you through prompts designed to help you explore your emotions, reflect on your experiences, and find healing through the written word. No prior writing experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
You are welcome to bring your favorite journal and pen or purchase one.
Grief is a natural part of life, and sometimes, the best way to move through it is by giving ourselves permission to feel, reflect, and share. We look forward to walking alongside you in this process, offering support and space for you to heal at your own pace.
